Well we're on our way to 2+ months of carefree (?) spending. Fairly uneventful flight, however, Deb came down with a cold prior to leaving so.... She's been a trooper but she finally gave in today (Sun.). Realized that we can always come back and see what we didn't see the first time through. Besides, we have to fly back home from London anyway. So today I'm Spending the day working on this thing. I'm having a problem though trying to figure out how to get new pic's into the blog so for the time being it's just some words. Once I get pics I'll go into more detail about the trip.

London - If you can get your room for free, go for it, otherwise, it's EXPENSIVE. It costs us 15pounds (~$30) / day to travel around on the tube. And it seems like every thing you want to visit is 15pds each (Tower of London, the eye, etc.)but, we're on vacay so what the heck, but having the room paid for helps a lot. The food, well I didn't count on finding a decent meal in London, closest we came was Thai one night and even that left a lot to be said for eating in London.
The Tower of London is the best thing we've seen to date. But we didn't get a chance to see Westminster Abbey except from the outside.
Anyway,I leave off going into too much detail until I figure out how to post some photos. Until next time pip pip cherioo and all that rot

So whether it's looking for a "still " (and man that stuff was wicked) in Laos, climbing the steeple of some rotten church in Split to get a picture, finding an Irish bar that can serve a decent drink, we'll put up with the local transportation (Po river thailand) just so we can find a scenic spot like this one just to to figure out...WHY ARE WE DOIN THIS. O yea, cause we can. HAhahahahahaha. We'll be leaving the 25th of July and heading to England then who knows where the wind will take us. I wouldn't expect too much right away, but we'll try to keep up to date as we go along. If ya started here I'd look for the first blog, what the heck ya never now what we might a said earlier.

As many of you know we've been thinking of new lodgings for a while. Deb thought this was nice but I told her that it needed a little more fixing up than I was prepared for.

Yes, we've had the wanderlust for awhile.

Whether it's wandering the temples of Thailand, freeing birds trapped by children,

searching for heads of state, we'll find our way. To where ever the winds may take us.
